Investment profile

In general, the companies that we invest in will have:

• Top-quality motivated management teams who will share in the risks and rewards of the business alongside us
• A track record of cashflow generation
• A sustainable business model
• We invest across a range of industries in mid- to late-stage companies in need of expansion capital or undergoing management buyouts
• An attractive and/or fair valuation

Our investment focus is clear and our appraisal process rigorous, allowing us to form successful and dynamic partnerships.

We will invest from USD 25 million to over USD 100 million in a single transaction and will lead substantially larger transactions, together with partners whom we will introduce. Our objective is to see value and liquidity delivered within a five-year period.

We participate directly as board members and are actively involved in strategic issues such as acquisitions, IPO preparation, and leadership development.

We bring deep relationships within our markets and our own significant expertise which together can be the catalyst to identify improvements and opportunities to create truly successful businesses.
