Standard Chartered Bank’s Network Management team is a centralised buying group responsible for managing the bank’s relationships with its global network of financial service providers. Our scope of services includes management of correspondent banks, cash management partner banks, sub-custodians and vendors in support of both the bank’s and our clients’ expanding business strategies and service requirements.
Working with key internal stakeholders, the Network Management team provides oversight of the provider evaluation and selection process, via a standardized, best-in-class project management approach. Adoption of this robust methodology, as well as the team’s additional responsibility for provider management and performance monitoring, optimises the long-term value of all service provider relationships.
