Global coverage
You can access Straight2Bank Web from anywhere using a personal computer connected to the internet. This makes it ideal for travelling authorisers, or for remote offices or subsidiaries. You have the option to use either smart cards or Vasco tokens, eliminating the need to have a PC-attached card reader.
Plus, the application is available in multiple languages. It supports simplified and traditional Chinese, Thai, Spanish, French, Korean and Japanese.
Security is paramount
Straight2Bank Web supports the highest level of encryption, security and user authentication available in the market today, so you can be assured of the security and confidentiality of your information. Authorisers have the choice of using a Vasco token to approve payments, or a smart card backed up by Standard Chartered’s Global Trust Infrastructure (GTI). Our GTI is world-class and IdenTrust certified, making it one of the most secure PKI solutions available in the banking industry today.
Straight2Bank integration with SWIFT TSU
Straight2Bank is fully interfaced with SWIFT’s Trade Service Utility (TSU). The TSU application is a central data matching and workflow engine. Its primary function is to compare commercial data submitted by banks and then report the results back to the banks. The TSU was launched earlier this year and now that Straight2Bank is fully interfaced, the utility allows us to enhance our existing supply chain tools by enabling us to offer a document matching service on Straight2Bank. This development allows us to merge cutting-edge industry initiatives with our mature and established document creation and exchange tool. The TSU interface provides us with the additional benefit of enabling our clients to also create and exchange selected trade documents with their trading partners that are not on Straight2Bank but are using another ’TSU enabled‘ bank’s proprietary system. The existing Document Manager functionality continues unchanged, allowing our clients to continue to benefit from the flexibility of the application.
